Site Services Group, LLC is a full-service site construction and infrastructure partner serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. From the first survey stake in the ground to the final grading and paving, we help owners, developers, engineers, and public agencies turn complex land and infrastructure plans into well-built, long-lasting projects.
Our team has spent decades in the field building quarries, industrial sites, commercial parks, municipal infrastructure, and residential developments. We understand the realities of rock, soil, weather, schedules, and budgets—and we build with all of them in mind.
Rooted in Site Construction Since the 1980s
Leadership at Site Services Group has been working in the site construction business in different capacities since the 1980s—on just about every type of project you can find. That history means we’ve seen projects from all sides: as contractors, as project managers, and as partners working hand-in-hand with engineers and owners.
We leverage that experience for every client we serve. Whether it’s a site improvement at a home, a new utility corridor, a quarry or blasting program, or a large-scale development covering hundreds of acres, our team brings practical, hard-earned insight to the table from day one.

Latest Projects
Barnesville Job
In June of 2025, Site Services Group provided on-site aggregate crushing operations in support of a 1.2 million square foot warehouse facility located near Barnesville, PA.
Following completion of the crushing operations, during which approximately 155,000 tons of aggregate were processed, Site Services Group was requested to complete the remaining utility and sitework for the project. Additional scope included storm sewer construction with pipe sizes up to 60 inches in diameter, approximately 6,000 linear feet of 10-inch C900 fire loop piping, 1,700 linear feet of exterior sanitary sewer main and associated manholes, primary and secondary electrical service, site lighting installation, concrete curbing, subbase grading, and asphalt pavement construction. Final project completion is anticipated in early Q3 of 2026.
McAdoo Job
In March of 2021, Site Services Group partnered with a controlled-environment agriculture operator to construct four industrial-scale greenhouses in McAdoo, PA. The project was executed from 2021 through 2025 and totaled approximately 1,750,000 square feet of greenhouse production and packhouse facilities supporting large-scale lettuce production operations. This construction effort expanded the client’s existing greenhouse footprint, resulting in seven total greenhouse operations serving the Northeast U.S. market.
Site Services Group provided comprehensive services including site excavation, site utilities, building utilities, foundation excavation and backfill, precast concrete pier construction, and ready-mix concrete supplied from SSG’s on-site batch plant. Additional services included finished concrete work and office construction. Site Services Group also delivered direct project management support in coordination with the client’s internal project management team.
